cant get letterbomb to work on wii help!!

hi i somehow can get the letterbomb to work on my wii, iv updated to 4.3e . iv done everything exactly how its shown on youtube videos , so i went to please hack mii , put the wii mac adress in ,extracted the rar- file put the contents files into the 8gb sd card , put it in my wii and there is no new message or any other messages??? any ideas folk this is bustin my chops , my wii is connected to my router no problem plz help!!


its ok folks i got it!!! all i done was fixed it to the correct time and date on the wii and it worked perfect thanks anyway!

Do not follow a youtube tutorial use modmii which you can find in the downloads section and follow that. Modmii now fully supports letterbomb.

Never softmod from YourTube.

Thats your problem the 8GB SD card, it maybe a 4.3 that will use larger SD/SDHC cards but to softmod it you need a 2GB SD card else it won't recognise the softmod files on it.

The SD card must be inserted with the correct files on it before you click on the Wii messages else you won't see the red envelope.

After the Homebrew process starts do all 3 options.

1. Install Homebrew.
2. Install BootMii.
3. Prepare SD card - this is so you can do a NAND backup straight after you have softmodded don't forget this process. NAND backup
