Only wii's built before 2009 can play dvdr. If you run a syscheck it will tell you your drive date. But if it is any colour except for white it cannot play dvdr as they were all built after the chip change.

open the csv file with wordpad (not notepad) and post it here it usually give you drive date at the top if that fails look here Wii Drive Chip Database and put in your serial number it wil tell you if you have D2C chip if you have then you can't play dvdr

according to the wii drive chaip data base:

Wii Model number and video region

            Serial number: LEH128395157

The Wii has a RVL-001(EUR) model number and is produced for the European market. The copyright year is 2006.

You should be able to play dvdr mate but your syscheck shows your cios are way out of date install these Digital Kaos - Downloads - Full Cios wad pack extract it onto a blank sd card if you can then launch mmm Included with the cios files from hbc make sure it has autoloaded to ios 236 then go to wad manager and press 1 on wiimote to select all wads then ok to install them...That should get you up and running

This had happened a few times lately.....if you are using usb loader gx 3.0 then that will load from disc without an hdd plugged in but any other version will needed an hdd plugged to launch gx then you can load from disc. What version of neogamma are you using. It might be worth tring a different version

Only the later sysCheck will show the drive date. When you post it follow the instructions in that link as the syscheck.txt isn't the correct way.

Do you get any error number of NeoGamma when it won't play?

I honestly don't know why you are bothering with NeoGamma as you have use quality DVD's plus you have to find somewhere to store all these burnt games, stick to USB Loader GX and an HDD.

                            MIOS v10

                            Report generated on 2012/07/11.

Now USB Loaders work well with the d2x updates but I've heard HH say that NeoGamma also uses d2x. So what you can do is install d2x v7.0 Final first then to see if that makes it work. Then you could try d2x v8.0 Final wad pack. Install all these wads with MMM.

In fact that Wii has never seen a d2x updates even v6.0. v7.0 will update 7 wads IOS245-IOS251.

If you installed Full Cios wad pack as instructed by HH that should have installed the d2x v8.0 wads but that report says you haven't.

Oh there is a newer Homebrew 1.1.0 so if you click on Homebrew it may say a newer version out do you want to install.

Install the d2x v8.0 make a new sysCheck to show the drive date.
