dvd read error

I keep getting an disc error when I try to load a back up disc with neogamma. I soft modded and also ran d2x-cios-installer. Did I do something wrong. Thanks in advance.

You can only play burnt discs on the older Wii's else you will get a DVD read error, post a sysCheck report as instructed in that link.
