Softmodding a Wii is the first stage, now you have to install the wads necessary to use USB Loaders. You need to reduce most of the Stub's in that report.

Download and install all wads in Full Cios wad pack with MMM.

You could also do with PriiLoader 0.7 installing to block online and disc updates.

I assume you have a suitable external powered USB HDD?

Well I don't want to put you of but WD My Passport essential 320Gb drives are USB powered and they aren't that useful on a Wii. If you can drop on a powered USB drive that would be better.

After I posted I saw that CK had posted about using ModMii. You could still use ModMii and type in SU then your location of the sysCheck.csv file from sysCheck that will download any newer updates for you. Put sysCheck.csv on drive root it saves making typo's when you type in its location.

There are no ini files in that PriiLoader link I've been thinking of uploading them for a while as it won't work without hacks.ini and maybe hacks_hash.ini.

Hi Keith i made all Ck and you said instaled all wad files in the pack in 49 itens only instaled one i believe the "236" one rest did not instaled. i tried with a usb powered disk and nothing when i go to usb loaderf cfg says "...Ios 249 is a stub" please reinstal it....when i go to wiiflow gives a black screen with a red triangle and the wii freezes.
About Priiloader in modmii i download it apart with hacks.ini that comes with it...but still nothing!

You should have removed all the spaces in that report, alot of wasted space?

You have IO236 installed this is the main wad for USB Loaders which should have been installed first. What you have to do is install the other 11 wads in Full cios wad pack.

As you say there is no hacks.ini in that PriiLoader download. I've just added the ini files PriiLoader_0.7_with_ini_files, I've been saying this for a while. No these aren't my hacks.ini so my mods won't be shown this is from the original download priiloaderv0.7 plus hacks.

My lower part of the sysCheck is:

IOS202[60] (rev 65535, Info: hermesrodries-v6): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS222[38] (rev 4, Info: hermes-v4): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0

                partition:auto not found!
                select a different partition

press b button to change device
                press home button to exit.

Is there a problem with HDD, must i put another usb loader version and should i put it in the hdd root?
By the way when i try to format my HDD WD 320Gb i get this message from WBFS manager:
"An error occurred while loading the drive. Make sure the drive is not in use or open and that it has been formatted to WBFS format" any ideias.
                Thk u all for helping!

Well I've always used WBFS Manager and its always formatted the drives I've used.

You could try to format the drive in Windows to NTFS just to make sure it will format without any errors. Obviously this will be a full format not a quick one but that will take a while.

As I've said these USB powered drives aren't the best for a Wii as they have slow read times because of how they are powered.

I'm sure you would be better of using USB Loader GX as they are more cracks for games and it has better settings.

I thought there was a good chance of this.

So have you managed to find a compatible powered USB HDD?
