    i have the same problem..any game i load is error has occurred.. i've loaded every ios i could find and reloaded old ones..trying to get something to work...

        i am lost about how to play games from hd or sd card..since i have no cd/dvd rom in my wii..A hdd is my only choice....half the time it doesn't find the usb harddrive..never had this problem..softmodding my old xbox....even install usb ports and a 500gig hdd in it ...but this wii seems unstable..i loaded the homebrew channel..and i got a wad. installer..but i'm as lost as a blind man in an art gallery..when it comes to wii modding.

          If you have Homebrew installed then get an SD card and format it FAT32 download sysCheck19 and add it to the SD and run it from Homebrew. I need to see a report of all IOS's you have installed as instructed in that link.

                  Sorry Grenth it was early this morning when I just saw your last post.

                  I don't see anything wrong with that sysCheck.

                  You say i have the same problem..any game i load is error has occurred what error is showing?

                  To me is sound like your hard drive isn't compatible or you adding the games onto it wrong.

                  If you have a big enough USB flash drive just add 1 game onto it and see if that shows and runs.

                  Your plugging it into the USB port nearest the edge of the Wii?

                    my ios is blocked..and i get the black screen saying "an error has occurred... press power or eject...and check your wii manual"...i have like 30 hdds and all give me the same error everything from my 1 gig to my 500gig..i have tried them all..even put animal crossing on a sd card ..because my usb couldn't be found after i installed the dx pack like you said to others ^_^..and still the same error...also i tried pokemon rumble .wad..it's a wiiware game and got the same error and pokemon battle revolution..just to make sure it wasn't just animal crossing "city folk"..and i did download a copy of animal cross city folks ..just incase my copy i made wasn't right..since i'm new to making iso's back-ups of wii games.. but it had the same error ..and the only hdd case i have that works on the wii is a old 90's western digital case.. ^_^..hoped i answered your question..and thanks you for taking the time to help me..^_^..and i understand it was late here about the above..i just wanted to make sure i put in what you needed ..since you take the time to answer me..

                      if you want i can reformat the wii and sd card and you can post the files and i will start from scratch..only thing is a have to use letter bomb..hence the lack of a dvd.cd rom in the wii ^_^

                        nevermind ..thank you for spending the time to answer my question..but i fixed it..i found another wii someone smashed with a hammer and took the dvd rom from it the rom is totaled but the security chip and board was still good..i took mine apart and installed the smashed rom and everything works now... ^_^

                          Never Format a Wii or you will have to softmod from scratch again, if thats what you want to do with LetterBomb.
