usn loadere gx error: required cios not found

Hello everyone,

I have a wii 4.3u. I was able to complete all mods except getting usb loader gx to recognize the required cios. It will not load my terrabyte even though i re-formatted it with WBFS. I do not know how to post a syscheck on here. If you tell me how, I will be able to do so. If you know what I should do without a syscheck post, please let me know. Your support is appreciated.
