USB loader GX detects games but I get the 'an error has occured'

I can't load Wii games from USB, althought USB loader GX does recognize the games. I get the 'an error has occurred' msg. However I CAN load GC games from USB

I installed game using WiiBackup Manager. My usb is a WB 'my passport' 500gb, which is compatible with USBLoader GX as far as I know. It's Fat32 formated, 32 clusters.

    Thanks

      Welcome to DK.

You don't say what type of drive your using to load these games is it compatible?

Well there isn't much wrong with your sysCheck so it must be how you loading your games.

What error message are you getting?

My drive is a WD passport. It is compatible. I can load the game with configurable usbloader, but I much prefer Usb loader gx.

I can load GC games with Usb loader gx, I just can't load WII games for some reason.

the error message is a black screen with a message that says
"An error has occurred. Please eject etc etc etc"

        No error code.

Sorry I've never used Game Cube games so I can't really help your there.

As I've said there is nothing wrong with that sysCheck all normal Wii games should run on all 3 USB Loaders providing games are added to the drive correctly.

You could always try WBFS Manager I've always used that and it works for me on every game, the choice is yours.

            Fixed it.

Setting: Emunand Saves should be OFF, NOT FULL, if you have no emunand ripped
