As I've said I'm using WiiFlow 2.2 your using 4.1 which is the latest just try WiiFlow 2.2RC1.

If you read the Blackscreens & Freezes link and you found nothing to resolve this issue I also asked if you have the NAND backup from the original softmod you could always restore it to after it was softmodded then install everything again in the correct order.

If you softmodded it correctly you should have done a NAND backup. If you did then you can restore the NAND back to near original then install all the wads again.

I use an ordinary ide hdd plugged in an ide/sata to usb adapter, is about 7-8 euro and it's working perfect like an external usb hdd, the adapter has also a small power supply for hdd power.
