    idiot guide for downgrading??

    has anyone got an idiot guide for downgrading a wii from version 4.0e to say 3.2 without wifi access??

    i know it can be done but cant really suss out how

                                  seen that when browsing earlier, then that go on sd card with the software i have alraedy for flashing the wiis?
