    Welcome to DK Roberto.

Whats happening or isn't happening and are you getting any error messages?

You have 12 IOS's that are Stub so you need to reduce those to about 3 or 4 by installing all my WAD pack

If you want to remove the IOS16 stub just add cIOS16-v257 wad to the wad folder and install it with MMM, this won't improve anything only remove the stub.

Well there is nothing wrong with your sysCheck.

I've only heard of Error code #0002 on Wii U.

Are you sure its #0002 and not #002?

You don't say which USB Loader your using but in GX if you click on the Settings on Game Load there is a Error 002 Fix turn that ON then click on Save then Back out and try it again.

If USB Loader GX works ok from Homebrew but not from the Wii menu then it sounds like you have a old/bad/corrupt Forwarder Channel installed you need a new Forwarder installing.

Which version of USB Loader GX are you using, when you start it from Homebrew whats the versions number that shows before you load it? If your not using v3.0 download it from the link below and add it to the SD card.

Erase your old USB Loader GX Channel in the Channels section in Wii Options then Download Forwarder Only and add USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder_5_1_AHBPROT.wad to the wad folder of the SD card and install it with MMM.
