Hi all! I have decided to try and softmod my wii but I recently updated my firmware and was wondering if bannerbomber would work with the new firmware?I would like to hook up a HD drive to store and load games and was wondering if anyone can let us know how to go about modding without bricking my wii?

i succesfully use the bannerbomb crack to soft mod my wii but updating your fimware is a bad idea as version 4 is nearly impossible to mod -

Bannerbomb works fine on system 4.0
You just need to try the different versions until you find the one for your Wii.
I've done countless consoles, not found one yet that couldn't be modded.Comment
