USB GX Loader Resets and Also Can't Update

I can launch USB Loader GX. When I tried to load a game. It will reboot and then goes back the Wii menu. I also tried to update USB Loader GX via Settings and Update. It will get stuck when it is checking for updates and then it gives me the dsi exception error message. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Homebrew Channel 1.0.7 running on IOS61

Thats a Wii thats been softmodded a long time ago as it 1.0.7 but that shouldn't make a great difference.

I don't see anything wrong with that sysCheck its exactly the same as mine apart from IOS16 but that doesn't matter.

Did you download and add USBLoader_GX_V3_0_AllinOnePackage_IOS249.zip to the SD card?

The other thing is your hard drive compatible and how are you adding the games on to it?
