I would say its very unlikely to restore it to original because you brought a Wii already softmodded and the person that softmodded it didn't give you the NAND backup files.

To be honest your sysCheck isn't that bad. It isn't really worth getting NeoGamma to play burnt discs.

If you do everything listed you will play games of a mains powered external USB hard drive. Any burnt games you have can be added to an hard drive.
