how do you instal neogamma4 help please

i downloaded neogamma 4 and got 2 folders one named neogama and one named source code.
i have my wii softmoded with bannerbomb
does anyone know how i instal the neogamma
what im after is a idiots guide for a idiot(me)
do i need both folders or is one just something else that they give you.

i have tried several different ways of doing it but no luck i know its prob easy to allot of you but i don't really understand it
but i am trying to so please help me with a guide

also does it matter if i still got all the bannerbomb files on the sd card or does it need to be re formated and wiped clean

Don't delete any of the bannerbomb files.

yes think its the same thing have tried putting it in the apps folder(someone told me to do this) but when i go into the homebrew channel its not on there
i did manage to find it one time cant remember how i done it but couldn't find a way of installing it when i took my card out it wasn't there any more ?

When extracting the zip file you should of had 2 folders and some txt files.
The one you need is the NeoGamma folder in there you will find 2 files.

Put these 2 files in to a folder which you need to create in the apps folder on the sd card just call it NeoGamma and copy the 2 files in to it.
Now run the home brew channel you should see it now it wont have a icon so you will need to read the text.

hi m8 thanks for this now the gamma folder i have has three files in it
1. boot.dol(dol file 160kb)
2. icon (128x48 portable network graphics image)
3. meta (xml document 1kb)

i have draged and droped the neogamma folder into the apps folder on my sd card but when i put the sd into my wii there is nothing there no neogamma cant seem to find it anywhere

the only thing i have on the screen when i go onto the homebrew channel is 4 tabs
1. cios36 installer
2. cmios installer rev 3
3. homebrew browser
4. wad manager
wad installer/uninstaller
any help would be great as i cant seem to play certain games through dvd and was told i need this neogamma to play them as i dont have a usb hard drive to use i only really want to load up games through dvd

when you download the neogammer and unrar it there are two folders, correct,neogrammer and sourcecode these are the folders you put in the apps file on your sd card,then run the homebrew channel on your wii menu and run the gammer game launcher,it is best not to install this backuploader as they always get updated just run it from your sd card,the latest version is 6 and it has the oo2 fix in the config prog of it that allows you to play games that come up with green screen or the error oo2 black screen such as my sims racing just remember to wibrick all your isos and there will be no probs.i did this to my sd card after the bannerbomb install with the files still on from the install,get version 6 google it to find any probs pm me glad to help pal.

As Wernley says, unrar and put the folder inside your apps folder, making sure the .dol file is named boot.dol. I have just tried neogamma 6 and got quite a few games to run that wouldn't before. It's not the prettiest GUI but hey....it works .

Unrar, place the folder in your SD/apps folder...happpeeeee dayzzzzz (the .dol is already named boot.dol so all should be good)
BTW CIOS, I am still using rev10. Neogamma 6 says it needs Rev13 I think, I installed this and my USB Loaders would not even see my HD !! SO try it with the set up you havefirst

thanks very much for all your help right put the files in the apps folder put the sd in tthe wii found the neogamma in homebrew channel great
just one other thing how the hell do i instal it cant seem to find any option to install

i know im thick but really need some help with this please tell me i dont need to leave my sd card in all the time dont really want to do that was hoping that i could just instal it as another channel
