Wii help usb loader ?

I got a wii here what I lent from family. I tried to install ios but I would not do it just freeze. I see one called d2x cios installer from utube. The thing is I broke my laptop so I gotta go somewhere else to do it. So do I need to download cios on its own or does d2x cios installer come with it? Please reply ASAP!

I done the homebrew hack its just I need usb loader to work. No game work even originals don't work. So it's gotta be done by hack.

Before I start guessing whats wrong I need to see a sysCheck19 report as instructed I that link so I can see which IOS's you've installed, I bet a lot are missing.
