usb loader driving me mad, please help

Hi all, I have softmodded a few wii for friends and family but this one is the first one that really niggles me.....
I think all is working fine untill I load COD with GX loader and the screen stay black..... I have tried changing the IOS from global to 250 but no luck.... same thing happen with all the other games that require ios250 to load.....
But the funny thing is that if I use the cfg loader everything works fine after changing the ios to 250.....
Can't understand what is going on......

Does GX loader need some extra tinkering on the setting?Any ideas what I am dong wrong?

That sysCheck is the same as mine sysCheck #MKWDueNa and all my Call Of Duty games work.

Is it only COD that the screen goes black?

There are 4 Call Of Duties: Black OPS, Modern Warfare Reflex, World At War only Modern Warfare 3 as to be run using IOS250 in the game settings.

Yes, all call of duty and just dance2014 have all the same problem..... not loading in gx loader but loading in cfg loader.....
