Wii Backup Tutorial ?

Hi Guys could somebody please point me in the right direction, i am looking for a tutorial on making wii back ups....

There mihgt be something good on CDFreaks.com , theres lots about 360 and PS3 back ups there so there shuld also be Wii info

the likes of wiibrew and wiiiso have them, its really not hard though. just take your downloaded iso file and burn it to a disk, the slower the better and thats it.

if you want to make a back up of the wii game you already own then theres a piece of software u need but i dont know the name of it
