cant get rock band drums to work

can any1 help me , ive got a pal softmobbed wii 4.01e & neogamma r4 , right ive got a rock band 2 game my g/hero's guitar works with it fine .... ive just bought rock band 1 drum set but cant get them 2 work it's as if the wii isnt pickin up my usb r/b drums , ive been told about patch cISO37 but this keeps failin can any1 please help ???

you have to uninstal the old file first it conflicks with the new download..
