I had another look at this last night then are a few things different between your sysCheck and mine. I would think that your now using 4.3E but we don't know what the original version number was.
The differences between yours and mine are:
Yours:
Found 145 titles.
Found 54 IOS on this console. 3 of them are stub.
Mine:
Found 162 titles.
Found 52 IOS on this console. 15 of them are stub.
IOS9 (rev 54321): Trucha Bug - IOS9 (rev 54321): No Patches
IOS11 (rev 16174): Trucha Bug NAND Access - IOS11 (rev 256): Stub
IOS16 (rev 54321): Trucha Bug ES Identify Flash Access NAND Access - IOS16 (rev 512): Stub
IOS20 (rev 16174): Trucha Bug NAND Access - IOS20 (rev 256): Stub
IOS30 (rev 16174): Trucha Bug NAND Access - IOS30 (rev 2816): Stub

IOS223[37] (rev 65535 Info: hermes-v5.1): Trucha Bug NAND Access USB 2.0 - IOS223 (rev 65280): Stub - IOS223[38] (rev 4, Info: v0.1): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, USB 2.0
Maybe HH can annalyse the differences for you and what they mean?
I would suggest you use ModMii because you have already softmodded you need to check if there are any updated wads. Run Modmii.exe from Windows and put your sysCheck.csv file on the root of the drive as you have to type in its location. Type in SU from the menu then type in c:\sysCheck.csv and let it analyse the csv file and find if there are any updates for your wads. If will download these and put them in the COPY_TO_SD sub folder. Just copy the wads in the wad folder to the wad folder on the SD card and install them all with MMM.
I'm glad you have now sorted the HDD we said it sounds like that.

The differences in the ios are because (correct me if I'm wrong) darkcorp has been installed and then removed on dai2000's wii...and the other differences in the hermes cios are just personal preferences and both setups are not the most compatible, however the ones keith has will work best with all loader types and the ones dai2000 has are more compatible with uloader. I uploaded a full cios wad pack with mmm that has a more compatible hermes setup (hermes are 202,222,223&224) as they have been adapted by rodries which makes them run better with d2x. In saying that if all your games work why fix what isn't broke. There is no definitive right and wrong with cios just whatever works best for you.I had another look at this last night then are a few things different between your sysCheck and mine.
