What do I need to write .iso to USB stick?

You need to format to WBFS using WBFS manager. You can also use this program to add you iso files to you usb stick and also vice versa. Not all USB sticks are compatible though. See this thread for WBFS manager and more info http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...windows-34982/
