need help please

my wii is 4.1e
every time i go into homebrew and put a back up disk in it reads the title and when i press the start button the screen changes and reads eject the disk restart the wii and go to the wii manual and look it up.can anyone let me know what i am doing wrong

You should get rid of the homebrew channel, get yourself a solderless modchip for around ?15, takes about 10mins to fit, no issues here.

i tryed that and broke my last wii

Use the backup launcher channel that comes with the bannerbomb package and burn your disks at the slowest speed and use DVD-r's preferably Verbatims.

downgrade your firmware to 3.2e

A downgrade to 3.2E is the best you can do at this point.

I used this guide to go from 4.1e to 4.0e yesterday, nice and easy to follow (you need homebrew installed before hand) Wiikend hacks: Downgrade 4.1
