Wouldn't worry too much about boot mii, try getting the homebrew channel on first.
Are you using the v2 bannerbomb ?

              bannerbomb

If one doesnt work there are a few other files to try there m8.
Whats the serial of yer wii ?
Number 3 is wrong, it's already renamed.

Uploading a file now to downloads for you.

Auto format and install for 4.2.

M8 when you click on your SD card in your computer do you see the following,
                          Private
                          boot.elf

Inside the private folder should be Wii folder, inside the wii folder is a title folder, inside the title folder there should be an aktn folder, then inside the aktn folder should be a content.bin

If your SD card does not read like this change it then put it in your Wii, then click on the SD card at the bottom left of the Wii to start the homebrew channel install.
