Does cover flooder have it's own channel Daz ? (never used it m8), if so, all you will need to do is use the neogamma wad and install it as a channel, that way both will have there own channel on your Wii and you can use your SD card for something else.

Get the neogamma wad, (see my tutorial in there m8), stick it on your sd card, load up homebrew channel, open up wad manager and select the sd card, then select the neogamma wad, install it, then you should have a neogamma channel on yer Wii.
