usb bootloader disapears

trying to install the usb hd loader and cios rev 9 from diddy dave but when i extract the files to sd they do not appear in the aps and will not work when installing via homebrew

do i need to create 2 folders and rename them with the files in to make them work

i used this soft mod version for the wii

the wii is version 3,4

i have d/loaded diddy daves usb hd loader 1.1 and cIOS36-rev9 installer from above

do i need newer versions than these as these seem dated

why wont homebrew recognise it as an app it only recognises the wad manager and dop-ios

Best to use the latest ULoader 3.3 m8 with cIOS 14 or 15.

thanks where will i find these delights and will they work with my version ok and even more importantly will they go on my sd card so the wii can read em via homebrew

or do i need to change the names when its on the sd card cos the wii cant see it
