        If you're on XP then...

Make sure your HD is plugged in first
        Start
        Right click on My Computer
        Click Manage
        Click Disk Management
Find your new hard drive from the list, right click and choose delete partition (this will delete everything on the hard drive so if you have stuff on there, transfer it somewhere else)
This next bit is from memory so might not be exact...
Right click on the unpartitioned space of your hard drive and click add partition.
Choose a drive letter (one should already be selected anywhoos)
Name drive Wii Games, or whatever you wish.
        Enter the number 307200
Make sure quick format is enabled
Click OK...tada, partition for Wii Games.

Now right click on the remaining space of your hard drive that's unpartitioned and go through the above process again.
Drive letter should assign itself, name the partition whatever you like, don't touch the numbers because it will have selected the remaining space, ensure quick format is enabled, click OK.

You will now have two partitions on your HD.

I think you will have to format your Wii partition with WBFS Manager.

I'm no pro, but this is what I did. Hope it helps.
