just a little help with wii

hi i have a wii that has a key drive chip and is all working fine just that some of the new games i'm getting wont load up it says it car'nt read the disc please read manual. is this because i am needing to put some software on to make them work ?
sorry if this has been mentioned alot by other posts its just i hav'nt a clue and theres so much going on here i'm likly to get lost .

NSMB fixed on DriveKey!Posted on 26th November 2009
We have fixed the NSMB issue in DriveKey. The updated firmware will be in all chips shipping from Monday 30th November. We will also be providing an update for existing DriveKey owners, which will be released as soon as the JTAG programmer is ready. In the near future we will also publish a standard for appending BCA data at the end of the ISO image, so that any new game with this new protection will work without any update of the chip. The actual game ISO will remain unmodified.

Or you can download games that have been patched, what game is it that you are having problems with ?

hi yes its f1 2009 and disney sing it i have just bought 5 more games today like family fortunes and it dos'nt work either but tiger w 10 works fine .i have a black wii are thay any different to the others?

Wii consoles purchased towards the later half of 2009, including all black Wii consoles have a newer DVD drive (D3-2) inside them. These Wii consoles will not play games from blank DVD discs, they will however work with a USB loader. To find out if your Wii is likely to have a D3-2 drive go to this site.

But if some games are working then I'm puzzled.
Could be a bad copy, do you have the new super mario bros game to try ?
Get back to knock off nigel and swap discs, or if you have a DVD writer copy one of the games that didnt play at a slower speed, see if that works.
