follow 4.2 guide in wii section and when i did mine got to step 65or near the end where it says now time to load usbloader and it failed!.Just load the wads at start where it tells u to uninstall wad 249 install the 2 other wads there and then once u get to part where its says (step 65above i think)now it time to install usbloader ur done! HOPEFULLY this helps u send me ur email via private message and i will send u the guide i used

if you look at the video there ar comments underneath which say skip to part b below
All The Links Are AT The Bottom

PART A: The extermination of the evil stub ios249

Ok, so N did this update and thos ppl knew that we use ios249 to isntall our cios and place our backups. What did they do? they invented an empty ios ("stub") and place it in slot 249, to stop us. Like they will! Muhahahaha. Here is what we do about it. We will uninstall ios249 stub, and then isntall our own cios38rev14 in slot 249:

A1)GET PACK 1 or GET PACK 2 or GET PACK 3 (pick start with the first one, if you get an error pick the next one and follow instructions from B2 and on again. One of this will do the trick without an error)

A2)Place the contents of the included folder in the SD card root (only contents should be in the SD root, everything else that you want to keep must be backed up on PC and the card formatted with FAT32)

A3)Place the SD card in the wii, start HBC and press home ar the main HBC screen. (If your wii boots to Bootmii, just go to B5)

                          A4)Select bootmii and wait.

A5)Wadmanager should start.(On ios select, select ios36, or try a few, 249, 250 dunno,we are scratching our heads with this)!!

A6)Select SD card and press A to continue.

A7)Select ios249 from wad folder and press A

A8)change the action to "uninstall wad", press A

A9)Done!! now to the next step!!

PART B: The installation of our beloved cios38rev14

Now that we deleted the stupid stub, the place is free so thet we can isntall cios!

B1)NOW GET PACK 4 or PACK 5 (pls report which one is working)

B2)Download the file above and place the contents of the "Place to SD 2" folder in the SD card (should only contain the

                          included files,)

B3)Place the SD card in the wii, start HBC and press home ar the main HBC screen. (If your wii boots to Bootmii, just go to C5)

                          B4)Select bootmii and wait.

B5)cios38rev14 installer should run and give you some options.

B6)At the beginning you should see ios249 highlighted. Keep pressing left on the wii pad until you see "Do not reload IOS" at the ios select screen, press A. (for some reason that neither I nor the other follows here seem to understand, this does not work for everyone. If this fails, try again using 249, 250, 222, 223, 36, 37... and others. Switching to one of these may work for you. be sure to restart your wii after each attempt)

                          B7)If you have internet connection
, select "Network install", else select "SD card", Press A.

B8)Proceed with the installation, and you are done.

You should have ios249rev14 isntalled, which will allow you to run any Backup loader or USB laoder!

                            Download the file complete4_2.zip.
                            complete4_2.zip

                            Follow the tutorial.
Any black screens or DSI stack errors that may occur during any of the steps below are 99% harmless. Simply power off your Wii and turn it back on, then continue from the step you were on.

                            1. Copy the contents of the pack you downloaded above onto the root of your SD card keeping the folder structure. Overwrite any existing files.

                            2. Power on your Wii and go into the Homebrew Channel.

                            3. Load Trucha Bug Restorer. Press B to choose No IOS Reload. Wait a few seconds and then press 1 to continue. Choose Downgrade IOS15. When prompted, choose load IOS from SD and press A to continue, follow the prompts and exit when finished.

                            4. Load Trucha Bug restorer again and this time press left on the Wii remote until you select IOS15 and Press A. Wait a few seconds and press 1. Choose IOS36 menu. Copy the settings so they are exactly as listed below:

                            Install IOS to slot (36)
                            Hash check (trucha) YES
                            ES_Identity YES
                            Nand Permissions YES

Scroll back up and select install patched IOS36. When asked choose to load IOS from SD. Follow any further prompts and exit when finished.

                            5. Load Trucha Bug Restorer yet again, now choose IOS36 and press A. Wait a few seconds and press 1. Choose to restore IOS15. Press A to restore. When Prompted always choose ‘Load IOS from SD’ follow any further prompts and exit when finished.

If at this point you get a DSI stack error, try powering down your Wii completly and then turning it back on and carrying on from step 4. If the DSI error continues, in the Homebrew channel press the home button and choose to go into the Bootmii menu. From inside Bootmii choose to load the homebrew channel again, and then run Trucha Bug Restorer. You should now be able to follow the step 4 instructions fully.

                            6. Run Any Title Deleter MOD from the Homebrew Channel. Choose IOS36 and press A. Go to System Titles and press A. Select the following IOS files one by one and select A to delete them one after the other:

                            IOS222
                            IOS223
                            IOS249
                            IOS250

If any of the above are not listed. Do not worry, just ignore and move onto the next one or the next step below. Press home to exit when finished.

                            7. In the Homebrew Channel Run WAD Manager.

When it opens choose IOS36, Press A to open from SD slot. Install the following WAD files as listed below to your Wii:

                            cIOS202[38+60]-v4.wad
                            cIOS222[38]-v4.wad
                            cIOS223[38+37]-v4.wad
                            IOS249-v14.wad
                            cIOS250-v14.wad
                            IOS70-64-v6687[TB+ES_diV+NAND].wad
                            forwarder-UMRD wad

You are now set for playing backups on your Wii.
