Wii D2E modding

hi all. i got a wii for christmas and trying to read through all the post and just got lost. i am looking to mod the wii to play back up games.

what is the easiest way. it is a model number RVL 001 eur and chipset is a GC2-D2E.

followed all instructions but getting an error message when i
Choose SD Card and install "NeoR7.wad"

has anyone had this problem

If I remember rightly when I done one using these files the instructions didnt exactly match what I had to do without it in front of me. Why not pm one of the guys who have downloaded the same files

search the net for neogamma 7 or 8 as a boot.dol file put the folder in your apps folder on your sd card, start homebrew channel and run it from there hope this helps.

just an update on this

i have the homebrew channel installed and have neogamma 7 working.

what do i need to do now next?. is it up and running or do i need to do something else?. how do i work neogamma. can i run games of a usb drive?

dont know how far you have got,need more information.
neogamma is for playing backup games from dvd-r. put a backup disc in drive start neogamma push A and see what happens.
if you want to play backups off usb try this Digital Kaos - Downloads - usbloadergx-r850.wad hope this helps
