wii copying to HD not working

running coverfloader have games on a hard drive but i want to make some backups of my own the wii just seems to hang when i try to down load a game from disc to HD.I am running on 4.2e firmware every thing else works great except for this.
any sugestions please.
loaded coverfloader V1.2 and games are copying now ok from the homebrew channel : )
