Partitioning ntfs ready for wii usb launcher -help please

Could anyone offer any step by step instructions on how to partition a ntfs external hardrive so it's ready to use via the wii usb loader (already installed and working) please? I need to be able to use part of the partition on the pc, and the other can be for iso or whateer. I'm a newbie to using HDDs and would appreciate help to start

Just wanted to add an update....have now successfully partitioned using the above, and now using WBFS Manager in conjunction with it yet to connect it to the wii to test it, but so far so good, thank you for the help.
