ERROR FROM THE LOADER: 3

Please could someone explain the error message "Error from the loader: 3" from uloader on a wii (circa autumn 2007) with d2ckey installed and 4.2E

I'm trying to get NSMB working and have tried Geko, NeoGamma and Uloader and either get green screen or the error above. I've tried 3 different variants of NSMB all to no avail.

Obviously a very obscure DVD reading issue with a hard modded Wii.

Gave up and used USB Hard Drive instead; all working nicely now.
