wii brick blocker

Can anyone help me. I hav chiped WII and have had no problems in downloading games untill now. I have just copied New SuperMario ros and Rock Band The Beatles. On both of these games when I try to play them the WII hants to do an update before I can play. If I do the update wll it block my WII....Do I need a brick blocker?

yeah Digital Kaos - Downloads - brickblocker dont update system this will block any updates.

Do you have BootMii as Boot2 and a Nand Backup or Priiloader Installed?
Priiloader can be set to Block online & disc updates automatically.

Try this if you downloaded a game, do this first before burning or playing, it will also take out the region code if it ntsc.

U is for usa e is for europe meaning u will play ntsc games and e will play pal

You will need a 2GB FAT32 formatted SD card to load the downloaded files on to.

Well if your running 4.3 then you can use LetterBomb to softmod ONLY your Wii. The first job to do as you are installing HBC and BootMi is prepare SD card so you can run BootMii and backup your NAND. Then you need to install PriiLoader 0.7 to block any updates and do other tweaks which can be found on here. Then you need to follow the tutorials on adding USB Loaders on here.

You will also need a suitable external hard drive to hold these games.

U is for usa e is for europe meaning u will play ntsc games and e will play pal

As HH says

E - Europe and Australia
U - USA
J - Japan
K - Korean

Just because its an 'E' doesn't mean you can only play PAL games NTFS games play as well. This should be the same if your is 'U'.
