Old softmod - Some new games wont play

    Hi all

I have v.3.2e and softmodded my wii around 18 months ago. Whilst majority of games are fine some new games wont play. I use the built in dvd drive.

The games are fine (tested on v4.2 using a usb loader) its definately not the games.

Do i need to upgrade my softmod? and if so how?
or do i need to start again from scratch? if that is possible

    hope someone can help

      Hi mate

I presume you mean a usb loader? i don't actually use a loader, i simply pop in my DVD into wii's own drive and click on the channel to play the game (the first channel on the top left corner the same place you would go if you wanted to play a legit game)

I have no idea what cios i am using either.
This softmod was done ages ago when you needed the Zelda game. I just followed the instructions and that was it.
no idea about cios - sorry

      any instructions?

Have you installed cioscorp? if you don't have a modchip fitted and your launching from the disc channel?

It's just that if you do then most of your ios's will be at 65535 and you won't be able to update them for specific games.
