nsmb how do i get this to work pls ?

i have Wiikey1 3.2e and have read so many tutorials on the net but not sure exactly what to use to get this to run can anyone help me with what i need and how to get this game to run pls ?

i would soft mod mate the latest neogamma and and rev 17. with a wiikey too 99% of games should work.
