    semi bricked wii

    hi going to buy a semi bricked wii console its a jap console

    apperantlly it work fine but u cant access the settings

    games play ect ect...

    but cant get into settings on the console to access wii settings


    he said he sent it away to be fixed but because its got latest jap firmware on it they aint awt that can be done untill a new update/firmware is realesed??

    is there anything i can do to get back into settings on this??

    he also said its got homebrew already on the console ect...

    also said it can be made into a pal wii is that correct if so how??/

    as long as the homebrew channel still works,then any region changer is worth a try AnyRegion Changer - WiiBrew

      hiya im not that fussed about it being in jap writing ect..

      as ive got manual wich tells u in english what everything is

      im just wanting to get into settings so can connect to internet ect ect..

      is there a recovery disk with a update on as im gathering if i update to a newer firmware {jap firmware} il get my settings back ect....

        you could try downloading 4.2j with nus downloader and reinstall it

                1 other question ive got a small freeloader disk
                it says insert the disk and will start auto maticlly it just ends up bringing a screen up with jap writing??

                any7 clues as wanted to play some of my original pal games

                  if your gonna put a new system menu on your wii dont put one on higher than the existing menu or you mat brick it
