USB Loaders and wad manager not working after update

I have a 4.2e wii which was working great with usb loader gx and games on the disc channel where working after cioscorp 3.5 was installed. I put the ironman 2 disk in and it asked me for a system updated before I could play the game. I did the update and the game worked fine and other backup games I have on disk work fine too. When I wanted to play a game that i have on harddisk with USB Loader GX or any other USB Loader the screen goes blank. Tried to run wad installer and this also wont run now.

Does anyone know how to fix this as I have many games on harddisk which are not on disk.

P.s the harddisk still works for mediafiles using geexbox.

Fixed it by loading copy of backup nand before the update.
