    no SD codes found?

Hey guys, I have soft modded my wii 4.2E. Just burnt a copy of one of my games @ x4 speed on a DVD-R. I have tried loading the game with two different backup launchers but in both instances I am told 'no sd codes found' and the screen turns green and the channel restarts back to the wii menu.

Firstly, what does this error mean? And secondly is there anything I can do to fix this - how do I go about it?

Please any answer in very easy to understand language, im very very new to all this.

    cheers,
