iso games?

hi guys i wondering if there is any sites that would enable you to get back up games as ive been on the links thread and i either have to sign up on 1 of payment or the come through as rar files
im a bit confused when i extract the file i get another rar file rather than an iso as i would expect

also can i run an external hard drive with usb to the wii rather than a stick as this will have more storage capacity

just last thing if i place an avi movie file on the usb storage divice can i run this film through usb loader to run on wii or will the wii not support it thanks guys

try the torrent sites for backups; or u could try newsgroups with a monthly subsciption of around ?7 superfast downloads tho. as the the rar file try extracting the other rar file
