usb not working

hi guys im after the usb loader that enables you to transfer games from disc to usb on the wii also do the usb on wii need to be configured as ive trid loader gx and tells me to wait 30 sec and says no usb found
aslo casn any body point me in the direction of the wiiflow as im told this is great for running from usb and getting covers thanks for the info guys

how do i install the wbfs manager 3 and were do i put it as im stuck and wii flow when trying to install just get pik telleing me were to put usb devise which ive done thanks

WBFS Manager gets installed on your PC. You use this program to format your hard drive.
You load Wiiflow onto your SD Card and install that via HBC. (I loaded wiiflow onto the FAT32 partition of my Hard drive and installed it from there, I then installed the corresponding channel wad that adds wiiflow as a channel on the main Wii Screen.

My setup:
Used WBFS Manager to format hard drive as follows:
10GB FAT32 Partition and the Rest as WBFS Partition.
Partitions must be marked as Primary and Active.

Wiiflow comes in two editions: One for IOS222 and one for IOS249.
The IOS249 edition worked for me.
I have ISO249rev14 installed that provides me with access to my USB devices.
