Hi I have currently 3.4 ver on wii allowing kids to play downloaded games burt on dvd , however I wish to put games on hard drive I have a seagate freeagent xtreme drive 1000gb.
What version do i need to update to ? and will the wii still play the burnt games we have ? is this drive compatble please and will we be able to play most up to date games ?

your hard drive is compatable and you dont need to update your system menu,but you will need to install ios222/223 from here Digital Kaos - Downloads - hermes custom ios 222/223 installer if you dont already have it
