    Updating Wii Problems from 3.3u

So, I wanted to update my softmodded wii from 3.3u recently, so i started following the 4.2e guide stickied above. I open up MMM and click "install and patch IOS36" then "express mode" and i get these errors:
    Could not open file: sd:/ios15-64-v532.wad
    Could not open file: sd:/wad/ios15-64-v532.wad
    error reading IOS
    ERROR: downgrade IOS failed (-1)
Im guessing the problems are because i'm coming from an outdated firmware? If so, How should I go about updating to the correct firmware for this to work?

    Thanks in advance, - Cynical

No, its still on 3.3. Should I update? I thought that would lock out the homebrew channel?

          Ugh. More problems-
I got it up to 4.2 w/ hbc and I got to step 7 when deleting some IOSs and I accidentally deleted some IOSs when I wasn't supposed to. It says to check out the "safe upgrade to 4.2 page" to recover them but I can't find it.

Can someone link me it? I tried searching these forums plus google but to no avail.
