IOS249

My Wii is 4.1u and I have just installed HomeBrew (appears to be working OK) and am trying to install NeoGamma and one of the problems I'm having is that I seem to need IOS249 (get warning meassage)...
IOS249 is not one of the options available...
So do I really need '249 and how do I find and install it...
Basically guess I need some tutorial/intro info on understanding IOS - any suggestions...?
Am brand new to Wii softmodding...

try installing this cios38 rev17 put it apps folder in sd card install with homebrew channel

I have always used modmii its a package that creates files for memory card it installs everything including usb loader
