here is neogamma 9 r26.
there is a full channel which you can install by extracting the wad and placing it in the wad folder of sd card and installing with wad manager.
also there is a .dol file that can be installed by extracting the file and opening the apps folder copying the neogamma folder and paste it into the apps folder of your sd card,then put the the neogamma folder with the wip files in it on the root of your sd card
