wii startup

Hi when i turn on my wii it starts up with a black screen with cboot2 dol loader v16 then loads straight into Custom ISO Installer 2.0 it then wants me to select and install ISO version it does this everytime and is very annoying, where as before it used to just start up straight to the wii menu any ideas how to stop this cheers Dazza

take off the cboot2 loader from the sd card.
