have i bricked my wii

i had homebrew in my wii , then decided to get wasisbi dx chip fitted , followed guide turned it on pressed eject 3 times and nothing happed. took chip out and now my wii cums up with error ,have i bricked it and do i get it 2 work

can you still access main menu and homebrew channel?
what game are you trying to play?
is it original or copy?
and as it ever played copies?

4.2 ITHINK , I HAD HOMEBREW INSTALLED , BUT UNSTALLED IT NOW, WHEN I PUT ORINGINAL GAME IN IT CUMS UP WITH ERROR , IT WORKED FINE BFORE I PUT CHIP IN,WHEN I PUT CHIP IN IT WOULDT PLAY COPIES BUT LATER FOUND OUT U HAD 2 PRESS EJECT 3 TIMES 2 GET INTO THE CHIP BUT NOTHING HAPPED DONT NO IF IT IS A BAD CHIP OR RIBBON FROM MOTHER BOARD IF FAULTY

Remove the chip and try an original game see if it plays fine. at least you will know if it is the chip or not. Good luck.

when you opened it up you may of disturbed some dust try blowing out the disc draw and slot or try an optical lens cleaner.

i have tryed oringinal and keeps cuming up with error

the wii is not bricked and the error your getting is normaly due to a laser problem first off try cleaning the lens

just removed the chip and end of ribbon is damaged so ordered new one of ebay thanks for all the help
