Play Wii Games on your pc in HD

not sure if this has been posted before but its news to me i have tryed it and it works fine althoe i cant get it to play at full speed it still looks and sounds nice i know you can tweak the settings to get it to full speed #

(i have not tryed it with the remote yet as it has not got here yet but you can work it with the mouse)

Play Wii Games On your PC in HD that?s right no need to buy a Wii if you already own a PC not only can you play the Wii Games but there in stunning HD if only Nintendo put a more powerful Graphics card in there consoles as the games look stunning in HD now I know what your all thinking I bet it?s hard to setup and I bet it costs loads well I can tell you right now the software to do this is 100% free you will need to pick up some hardware here is what you will need.

    A Wireless sensor bar
    A Wii Controller
    A Bluetooth adapter
A Copy of the FREE Software
If you buy from the links above it will only cost you less than $24 / ?16 (also free delivery)
(These are the cheapest I could find at the time of writing)

Now You Have everything you need let?s get it all setup the first step is to install the Wii Emulator (Dolphin)
Double Click the install file and follow the onscreen instructions to extract the files to a location of your choice I recommend extracting to C:\
Once complete its time to move on to the next step installing the Bluetooth adaptor Plug the adaptor into any free usb port on your PC/Laptop and follow the onscreen instructions.

Once it?s all installed its time to pair you Wii Remote with your pc First you need to get your Wiimote into discovery mode. You do this by pressing the 1 and 2 buttons. The blue lights at the bottom of the wiimote should be flashing. You may have to keep pressing these buttons until the wiimote connects with your PC Now, on your PC, right click your Bluetooth icon and click ?Show Bluetooth Devices.?
In the window that comes up, check ?My device is set up and ready to be found? and click Next. While it is searching, make sure your wiimote?s lights are still blinking! Once it has found your Wiimote click Next. Now select ?Don?t use a passkey? and click Next (but make sure the lights are still flashing!) Click Finish when it?s done.
NOW YOUR ALL SETUP TIME TO GET PLAYING THOES WII GAMES IN HD

any light source will work they use ir as our eyes cant see it as having two lights shining at you while you are playing will do your head in also i dont recommend puting candels under your tv

and a sensor bar only costs about ?3.50

am gonna mod my sensor bar some time in the week and put a small solar panel a charge circuit and a lithium battery hmmmmmmmmmmmm free power

" also i dont recommend putting candles under your tv" ...Absolutely & well said.
I myself tried this with "tea lights",more to see if it worked, which it did..quite amazed my daughter tho!
On a more serious note,I agree it's much safer & cheap enough to buy a sensor bar.

Thanks for the tips. I generally use these brushes for all my last time edits. Keep them coming.

Is there a minimum spec for the pc. This could be really handy as there always seems to be arguments as to what game we all play!!

am not sure of the min spec buti was able to run it on my INSPIRON mini (not at full speed) so any half decent desktop should do.

but am having a hard time getting the linux version to work so if you having trouble with linux version try changing the graphics drivers and dont use the dualcore option and you should be alble too get it upto a good speed
