Stupid problem while (not) following tutorial

Hi there!
I've got a bit of a problem, I followed the "Wii 4.2E softmod tutorial. Easy to follow guide." and I got a blackout in my brain or something and pressed A in all the prompts in part 7 of the tutorial, after that I panicked for a while then I read this "If you accidentally delete any other stub IOS, it is not the end of the world. However when inserting an original game disc it may ask you to update your system. Should this happen to you visit the ?safe upgrade to 4.2 page?, and follow the instructions in that guide to recover your IOS files to the latest versions." butI can't find that page anywhere?

Please help me fix this, or just point me to a guide somewhere, all help is appreciated!

hi can anyone help my wii was soft moded to 4.2e my kids accepted update now its on 4.3e and everything stopped working ie negamma home brew gone. can it be down graded thanks.
