Wii 4.3 softmod

Whilst connecting to a new wireless signal, I made the mistake of updating to firmware 4.3 (Thats what I get for rushing), and yes it cleared Hombrew which i installed through the twilight hack a long time ago.
Firstly, is there a trusted solution out yet thats tried and tested.
Secondly, I did skim over something about if you had homebrew before you upgraded its much easier to get it back...anyone aware of this solution because I'm assuming im not the first person to upgrade without thinking (although I am a little disappointed in my self)

I did search the forum for a 4.3 guide but nothing was displaying in the results.
I cant download that at the minute because my work classes it as a "hacking" site, but I will let you know the results when I get home.

Viewed that guide last night. Don't have Indiana at the moment, so need to track a copy down. Il keep my eye out for any alternative ways though.
