I thought i installed priiloader after installing hbc as the tut instructed, i did a nand back up. Now i want to block updates for when i go online. I have tried holding reset when powering up but nothing happens, it just boots as normal. Anyone know were i have gone wrong?? i dont want to go online or play certain games(which say updating system) til i'm 100% im safe from updates.

i just have and now its shows up on hbc(which it didn't before) but when i click load it opens a page for about a second then the wii just reboots. Again i tried holding reset on boot n nothing

when i click load it comes up a black screen with writing in the top left which says "magic password 8, magic password changed to 44something" then it just reboots the wii.Comment

Im now following a tut from priiloader site. I have made some progress, it now loads up n gives me the option to press +/a. After i do this i get an error it says "IOS 61 rev 5485"
"ES_identify failed, error 4294966279. ios61 not patched with ES_Diverify? using cios (holding b and then pressing + or -) will probably solve this. NOTE: you need CIOS for this.

I have managed to load it successfully! when the screen comes up telling you too press a/+ to continue, instead i pressed n held B then A/+ and it workedhappy days! now i have got to figure out the settings on how to block updates.
