    Play movies on Wii?

    Is there a way to play movies on the WII? I have Wii flow installed and can access games from the HDD. However, i also have movies on my HDD and was wondering if there is anyway i can play them on the Wii?

          I also would like to know what software is needed to play Dvds and how to install it.
